Shipping policy

Please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.

Due to the ongoing pressure on the Royal Mail please be aware that your order may take a little longer to get to you than the delivery times stated below.

Deliveries are made with Royal Mail or an appropriate courier.

We use Royal Mail tracked 48, this should take up to 48 hours between dispatch and delivery and you will be able to track your order with the tracking number provided. Postage within the UK costs Between £2.50-£5.

Europe

For European countries we use Royal Mail International tracked service. Delivery takes 3-5 working days after dispatch and you can track your parcel end to end with the tracking number provided. The cost of postage to Europe is between £8-£15.

US/ Canada/ Australia/ Rest of the world

For the rest of the world we use Royal Mail international tracked and signed service. Delivery will take approximately 6-7 working days. The cost for postage to countries outside of the UK and Europe is £8-£16-£32 dependant on order size.

Please note that additional charges including import duties and taxes might be added to your order upon delivery or collection. Get in touch with your customs office to get more information about these charges.
